The workshops are taught by my wife, Cynthia Hunter (also a professional photographer) and myself.</p> <p> Our primary focus (pun intended) is to offer a hands-on photo experience to help the aspiring photographer understand the technical functions of the digital camera, achieve proper exposure and color balance and practicie the elements of good composition. Workshops usually last for one or two-days, depending on location. Recent workshops have been held at the Ladybird Wildflower Center in Austin and in Santa Fe, New Mexico (two-day workshop). Past multi-day photo excursions have included Yellowstone National Park, the Ecuadoran Amazon and the Galapagos Islands.</p> <p> Our next workshop is scheduled for April 23, 2011 in Austin, TX at the LadyBird Johnson Wildflower Center.
